I love my couch. I ended up going for the evergreen velvet fabric, and it is just the ticket. I ended up shortening the chaise to 75” but I alive to shorten it to 78”. I think the only drawback is that the back cushions look a bit saggy after about a month, but it’s not a huge detraction from the couch.
I absolutely am in LOVE w/ my chaise sectional. It took 5 weeks from the time I ordered my sofa to the day it was delivered. The craftsmanship is amazing!! The cushions are supportive yet comfortable. I paid for the white glove service and I had a great experience. The warehouse reached out to me and kept in contact till delivery. The delivery and set up was seamless, the sofa was delivered in great condition and they were quick. See the attached pictures
I was introduced to this sofa by a friend of mine who had one. We fell in love and purchased it for our new home. We needed to contact customer service for some questions about customizations we were interested in, and they were so friendly and helpful. The sofa arrived wonderfully packaged, and just as we expected. The back cushions do need a bit of fluffing to keep their shape, but overall we're very pleased with it.
A friend of mine referred me to Apt2B after he purchased a sectional last year and I was impressed with the appearance/comfort of the sofa at the time. I decided to purchase the same sectional earlier this year for myself and it was a complete mistake.
I have owned the Tuxedo Sectional for just over 6 months now and I am very disappointed with the quality and comfort. I have not even used the sectional a fair amount as I am often traveling for work and am only home on the weekends and the fabric is starting to pill in spots. The cushions have already lost their firmness and the stuffing has started to clump up. Now it seems that the structural integrity is starting to fail as the sofa is very creaky. No sofa that is less than 6 months old should be experiencing this at this price. The quality of the sectional is very subpar and I will definitely not be coming back.

I am very pleased with my new Tuxedo Sectional, it is a beautiful, well made, and very comfortable piece of furniture. From beginning to end, APT2B has been exceptional. I ordered the color swatches and was able to determine which color worked best in my design plan. I chose the color pomegranate. The sectional arrived as promised within the time frame of ordering. The delivery persons were helpful and professional. I have one issue with the product, contacted APT2B with my problem, and their customer service responded immediately and have assured me that the problem will be resolved immediately. I would recommend this company and will use them again in the future.
