Disappointed

Hard to know for sure where the problem is, but the chaise was received with a broken frame where the leg screws into the frame. This suggested inferior quality and we decided to return the sectional.

The chaise was delivered with the legs attached, while the sofa did not have the legs attached. This may have contributed to the problem.

We liked the looks of the sectional, though even if we had kept it, I am certain we would have ultimately been disappointed in the seating depth.

Best Sofa ever owned❣️

Construction inpecible. Fabric choice perfect, just as described. Customer Service bar non! During delivery a small cut into arm top. Customer Service responded promptly and has kept us informed every step of the way to repair, providing an onsite technician to make the repair.

Beautiful!

This is a gorgeous sofa. It came out just the way I wanted it to be. Beautiful lavender velvet that is to my surprise is also water resistant?? I spilled a glass of coke, wiped it with paper towel and it is still good as new. Not a spot, wow! Amazing. Shipping was prompt and no issues. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.
