I am in love with this couch! I ordered this couch on a Monday and it was in my place the next week (and over a holiday weekend! I am local, so that probably helped). The customer service was great and one of the reasons I went with this company. That and it’s made in the USA! I got the couch in Silver, which is not in the drop down menu but was able to easily request it. Also they are quick to send swatches which was extremely helpful in choosing the right color & fabric! The delivery was super easy to arrange, they called 30 minutes before arrival and it came in 2 pieces. Legs were already attached so all I had to do was take off all the protective plastic and attach the two pieces with the alligator clip already included on both sides. Took me all of 30minutes max to get it completely set up and in place! I’m lounging on it now, and it’s on the firmer side but very comfortable and spacious. Overall I am very satisfied with everything! Thank you Apt2b!!
I was really nervous to buy a couch online, without ever sitting on it. But I couldn't find exactly what I wanted anywhere locally and the reviews on this sofa were good so I took the risk. It was totally worth it. The couch came yesterday and it's exactly what we need. It's very comfortable and seems to be well made. The entire process was easy and smooth. I opted to "decide later" on my fabric choice and I'm glad I did. I highly recommend that you order the samples ahead of time if you're not sure because they really do look different in person than they do on the website or just in pictures. Customer service responded promptly to my questions and the delivery service Apt2b uses is professional, prompt and courteous. Once I made my fabric selection, I'd say it took about 6 weeks to receive the sofa, which is half the time I would have waited if I custom-ordered something locally. I'd definitely purchase from Apt2b again and have already recommended it to friends.
We absolutely love our new Mulholland Sofa. We were initially pretty nervous buying a sofa sight-unseen and butt un-sat on. After blowing up Apt2B's chat feature and ordering a ton of fabric samples, we decided on the mountain gray color. The fabric is great. It's super soft, but feels very durable and doesn't show any cat fur! The shallower seat depth and comfort level were also concerns of ours. Both are perfect. It's a more upright seat, but the sofa is plenty large enough for 2 people to lay completely out and not touch. The sofa cushions are supportive but still supremely comfortable. My wife says "the nook is whats up", in reference to the corner spot. Delivery of the sofa was a breeze and super professional. Build quality is top-notch and feels like it will last years to come. All in all, this was a great purchase for us and we hope to keep giving Apt2B our business!
