Don't stand behind product
When I purchased the sofa, I specifically asked if replacement cushions could be ordered. I was assured absolutely yes. I picked what I assumed to be a safe standard color (espresso). Well, they lied to me because I went to order a replacement cushion and they had discontinued the fabric. I would have done just as well, and cheaper, buying from any off the shelf furniture store. Huge overpriced disappointment.

We are always happy to provide any replacement parts or pieces for our furniture that a customer may need as long as they are available but it seems that the fact that our fabric supplier discontinued the Espresso fabric that you had originally selected when you placed your order made it so that we were not able to assist you with your particular request. Very disappointing.
It looks like you placed your order around 3 years ago- the fabrics we offer on our website are usually around for a few years as that is a major consideration of ours when selecting them. It seems the Espresso fabric had a run of around 5-6 years in total but was unfortunately discontinued by our supplier this past year as you may know. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
Even though we weren't there with what you need when you needed it, we always love the opportunity to assist customers more personally in situations like these. If you reach out to us via our support channels (which you may already have) our team might have some suggestions on how to troubleshoot the situation a bit outside of the norm if they are able to.
