Worst Purchase Experience Ever
I would tell you about the couch I purchased 13 weeks ago, but I still don’t have it and the company has no idea where it is. After my fourth conversation with the delivery company in 2 weeks the information I have is “they don’t know where the couch is and have no idea when they will know where it is but are hopeful to be able to give me a call two days from now with some information (not a couch but information).”
