Delivery flaw

The material of my couch is beautiful, better than the swatch. Customer service for APT2B is excellent. Delivery was awful, they kept rescheduling me like 3 times and when my couch arrived, the bottom material is coming off. I guess I could staple it or hot glue it back because I don’t want to go through the hassle of delivery again.

Luxurious!

I have never bought a sofa with sitting or seeing it in person. What helped me to confirm my purchase were the genuine reviews, but most importantly the several swatches I received in the mail. I was able to visualize the color in my home and feel the fabric. Well worth the wait! Very pleased: super soft (velvet peacock blue), rich in color, amazing to sit/lay On! I will say this... measure your sectional, I made it work. The white glove service well worth it. No regrets. Thanks for an amazing made in the USA lifestyle product.

Perfect

I’ve had my tuxedo sofa now for a little over a year and a half and the cushions are still perfect! Thanks to being home most of the time because of covid I spend a lot more time on the sofa then I’ve ever did . It’s still as comfortable and as beautiful as it was the first time I sat on it!
