SO happy!!

Waited a long time for this sofa but it was worth the wait! It is enormous and so comfy, and I absolutely love the color. I basically spend all my waking hours in my apartment on it. Currently using some double-sided tape and different scents to train my cat not to scratch it (which has been working) but that would have been an issue with any couch. Really happy with this purchase, and I hope I will be getting plenty of use out of it for many years to come!

Just as I had hoped

I was nervous to order a sofa online but I am so pleased with my purchase. I was looking for a specific color and customer service went above and beyond to help me find the perfect fabric. Delivery was a breeze and the couch looks great. The sofa is a little firmer than I would have gone for if I were picking in person. However, I think that will cause the cushions to last longer and it is still very comfortable.

Fantastic sofa

I was initially very hesitant about ordering a sofa sight unseen but fortunately those hesitations were unfounded. The sofa looks amazing, it's exactly the color I expected, and the cushions have kept their shape so that after a couple months it still looks brand new.

Love this sectional!

I don't know why I waited so long to order a nice sectional. It is the best. I am 5'4 and my feet don't touch the ground but I love that!
It is comfy and sturdy. Seems easy to move too, the delivery man carried one of the two pieces with one arm!
This will definitely be a couch that lives with me forever

It's a beauty!

First off, some of the best customer service ever. I emailed so much and they were all response, friendly and accommodating. I picked ages to pick a grey and they helped walk me through the process. The sectional is a great large size but not in that consuming you kind of way. The lines are really nice if that makes sense (square and modern not puffy or overstuffed). It's a big firm which is why it gets 4 stars instead of 5, hopeful it just needs some breaking in. Also, I'm 5'2 and my feet are about an inch away from the floor so best for taller people maybe a little high for shorties like me. Overall love it, would repurchase, and recommend.

Q: I just ordered this sectional in coal last night. The price was $1774.80 however this morning the price has dropped to $1689.80. Why am I being charged over $100.00 more?

Q: I bought this couch a few months back and like how it looks, but the 2 sides keep coming apart. Anyone know how to keep both halves together?

A: Hi there!

Thanks for reaching out about your Scott 2 Piece Sectional and I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing an issue keeping the two halves of the sofa together! I'd be happy to discuss the bracket system that is supposed to keep the two sections firmly attached.

The Scott 2 Piece Sectional uses a standard furniture bracket to keep the two pieces of the sectional connected to one another. This metal bracket functions like a clasping system. To attach the two sections together you'll need to insert the chaise's bracket into the sofa's bracket. The chaise's bracket slides down into the sofa's bracket. This action locks them together. You'll need to slightly lift the chaise so that the bracket can slide behind the sofa's bracket. Once these two metal brackets are clasped together they will stay together until you choose to disconnect them.

Here at Apt2B, we build all of our pieces using an amazing blend of kiln dried alder wood, and pine, and we employ the use a 2.0 density foam cushion!

Thanks for reaching out about this, we're happy to assist! For starters, the Scott is one of our most popular styles right now at Apt2B; excellent choice! It is hand-manufactured at our factory in downtown Los Angeles (made in the USA!) and comes with a lifetime guarantee on the frame & all workmanship as well!

The Scott does indeed feature fully upholstered cushion covers that can be removed if a deeper cleaning is needed! Our official recommendation is to have those covers taken the to the dry cleaners for a more thorough cleaning :)
