Horrible Delivery Service
Ordered my couch in early May. As promised, it arrived at the delivery company at the end of May within the 2-4 week production time frame. That’s when things started going downhill. The first available delivery date was almost two weeks out (6/13). There wasn’t an option to select a date - you are given one choice. Our new house is out-of-state, so we drove 3 hours in order to make it work. On the morning of, I receive a text that they need to reschedule, and the next date is not until 6/24. Their excuse? Technical issues with the truck. This is extremely frustrating not only because of the time wasted but because there is literally no guarantee they won’t reschedule again. A quick online search reveals many dissatisfied customers of this shipping service. Apt2b needs to take accountability for their delivery partner’s actions and ensure their customers actually receive products they paid for. At this point I don’t think I will order from them again.

That sounds incredibly frustrating and we completely understand how upset you must be after having traveled 3 hours to accommodate a delivery appointment only to have it canceled the morning of. This is extremely unacceptable and we absolutely hold ourselves accountable when our 3rd party shipping partners inconvenience our customers, especially to this extreme level. It looks like a high level member of our team has already been working on this situation and has been in touch with you and the shipping provider to try and gain some clarity and answers and we hope to have them soon.
