Apt2B Went Above and Beyond

We live in the Midwest so we knew we'd have a wait to enjoy our new Carson sofa, but we're so happy we did! I contacted customer service several times to get updates, and each time we received a wonderful, well-explained reply from the same rep. We felt like we had a personal representative!

Just when we thought our sofa was going to ship, we got an email saying quality control wasn't happy with a seam and they were going to redo it. We appreciated that level of customer service even though it meant a delay.

Our sofa finally arrived and we love it! It looks even better than the picture. It is pretty firm, but is still very comfortable. We love it and get many compliments!

Carson Apartment Sofa!

For months I looked for an affordable couch that also fit in the smaller space that I live in. Now, lets start by acknowledging that furniture is overpriced in the first place. The mark-ups on a couch are huge. I didn't want a couch that looked like it belonged in a college dorm room or had bed-bugs because I got it off of craigslist. I'm an adult, I wanted hat felt like an adult couch. For months I looked and sat of couches and called places about delivery. Any couch i could afford, I then couldn't afford because the delivery fee was half the price of the couch. Then i could Apt.2b. While I still paid more than I would have liked, what I got was good quality, a great size, and half off on clearance. The delivery people who came were so nice and helpful with carrying it into the house and they let me know where they were an what time they would arrive. Overall, I've very pleased wit the Carson couch. the legs didn't quite line up correctly but it was an easy fix. I would recommend Apt2b to anyone looking for a good quality couch.

A beautiful and comfortable sofa

This is a lovely sofa! The fabric is soft, but feels durable. The sofa is firm and supportive, and the seat is shallow enough to be able to sit upright comfortably.

Super Sofa

Delivery was fast and easy.
Sofa is just what I wanted, it's firm and feels very durable. The legs are solid wood, the fabric feels high quality. I think this sofa will last a long time, I'll remain hopeful ! 😉
