Our custom upholstery pieces are handmade to order in the USA and generally take 30 days to produce. However, keep your eye out! Like it...don't love it

After waiting 2 weeks past the expected delivery date, then more weeks because it was delivered with no feet i really wanted to love this, but for me it's a meh. It's comfortable to sit on for sure, but the cushions do not fully fill the cases so one doesn't get the sharp lines as pictured online. I have lumps and bumps that never come out. Makes it look 10 years old...

It sounds like you may be experiencing is known as comfort wrinkles. Comfort wrinkles are normal with the cushion break-in process and can be mitigated by fluffing and rotating any cushions that can be moved. To resolve, we're happy to let you know that your cushion insert is covered under warranty within the first year of ownership and may be replaced once if requested within 365 days of delivery. Absolutely beautiful

This sofa is so much better in person. I can’t believe how comfortable it is and extremely beautiful. I had originally ordered this in oak boucle and changed my mind about the color shortly after I place my order. Customer service at Apt2b are amazing and kind. They happily changed the color to butterscotch instead and after 8 weeks, it arrived in perfect condition with the color. I would highly recommend!
