Not happy

I received my Saxon chair on Tuesday and it’s a mess. There is a gouge and extreme fabric marring on the back and top of the chair, and the back cushion is so overstuffed that the chair is uncomfortable to sit on. I bought the chair to float in the room and it looks like it’s 5 years old already and ready to be replaced.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on you new order. We are terribly sorry to hear that your chair arrived with issues. As all orders are inspected prior to shipping, we believe the damages mentioned likely occurred in transit. No worries, as we are more than happy to make things right!

Regarding comfort, as your chair is made to order, the cushioning is at it's firmest when received, having never been used or sat on prior. Generally, the seat settles into a bit of a softer feel after a bit of love (use) so we do advise all customers to allow a bit of time if they prefer a softer seat.

Sheer elegance and comfort

I bought this chair to go with the Saxon sofa we already have - I love the emerald green color and the soft, luxurious fabric and lush cusions. It's not clunky, rather it's elegant and sturdy.

Great fabric

Well made, just a tiny bit hard in the middle and the back cushion is way too overstuffed. I just sit in it without it and a smaller pillow. Fabric is beautiful and the delivery was great.

Bigger than a chair, smaller than a loveseat and exactly what I was looking for!

I live by myself and don't have a ton of room in my studio so I wanted something big enough for me to curl up in but that wouldn't take up tooooo much space. This really was the perfect fit. Thanks Apt2B!
