  • Do you have a store or a showroom that I can visit?
  • No.  Even though we are locally situated in the heart of Los Angeles, Apt2B is an online-only retailer with no physical storefront or showroom location; it's a big part of who we are and what we're about! By operating locally and without an expensive retail space, we're able to offer some of the best pricing on high quality products. All of our merchandise is hand selected by our team of buyers and we stand behind the products we offer with a 100% satisfaction guarantee policy at the time of delivery!   • What if it doesn’t fit?
  • For customers in the Los Angeles area (within 50 miles of our warehouse location), we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee at the time of delivery wherein a customer may send back any item with our delivery team if it doesn't fit and/or simply wasn't what they were hoping for. For our customers across the continental US, please reference our HELP page for more info or Contact Us with any questions!

 

  • What if I just don’t like it?
  •  See above answer. 

 

  • Do you offer delivery on the weekends?
  • Yes!

 

  • What if something is broken or damaged upon delivery?
  • All items are triple checked before they leave the warehouse on their way to you, but should there be some damage, we will gladly replace it with a new item. IMPORTANT: Any shipping damage must be clearly noted on the shipping documents at the time of delivery. Failure to do so may affect damage claim eligibility.

 

  • Does delivery include assembly?
  • For customers in the Los Angeles area (within 50 miles of our warehouse location), yes, whenever applicable.  Most items arrive pre-assembled but in the event that something requires assembly at the time of delivery, our delivery team will assemble it for you. For customers across the continental US, most items arrive in boxes, unassembled. That being said, whenever we are able to assemble and safely ship items we are always happy to do so. Also, many items don't require any assembly!

 

  • Is my order eligible for Full Service or Self Service Delivery?
  • Apt2B's ultimate goal is to offer the fastest and most efficient delivery service possible. Most larger orders are eligible for Self Service Delivery (a delivery to the exterior of a home/residence) but some select items are eligible for Full Service Delivery (a delivery inside the threshold of a home/residence). If you have any questions regarding which delivery service may be attached to a given item, please contact customer service and we'd be happy to assist you!

 

  • My order is eligible for Self Service Delivery- how will I get it inside?
  • At Apt2B, we understand that ordering new furniture can present some challenges with regards to delivery. As our goal is to ship the fastest and most efficient way possible, most of our orders arrive via Self Service Delivery (a delivery to the exterior of a home/residence). While our carriers cannot assist with bringing the pieces inside your home, we often recommend that customers enlist the assitance of a helper or friend at the time of delivery. The carriers that we work with always will make an appointment with you so that you can be as prepared as possible at the time of delivery- no one will simply drop something off at the curb!

 

  • If I order more than one item, will they all arrive at the same time?
  • YES, whenever possible. The ultimate goal of Apt2B is to make the experience of furnishing your place as convenient as possible.  One site- one quick and easy delivery.

 

  • Will you take away old furniture?
  •  Unfortunately, we are unable to offer that service at this time. Our customer service team usually has some great suggestions for this type of thing, however, so please feel free to contact us!

 

  • I know you guys offer speedy delivery options, but I’m not moving in for another month.  Can I still buy from Apt2B?
  • Of course!  We offer speedy delivery as a convenience to our customers, but if it’s more convenient for you to take delivery in a month, no problem.  In fact, we can defer your delivery for up to 90 days.

 

  • The complete room packages you offer are fantastic, but what if I don’t need everything?
  •  Our motto at Apt2B is “Need something? No problem. Need everything? No problem.”  Whether you choose from our packages or decide to shop a la carte, Apt2B can fulfill your needs. You may only need one thing to make your space complete, and we are able to offer that to you, still at an amazing value.

 

  • Do you offer gift certificates and/or registry?
  • Yes! Check out our Gift Cards! We’re working on getting registries and should have that capability very soon.

 

  • Speaking of Gift Cards, can I please have a physical gift card that I can mail to my friend?
  • At the moment, we're only offering Gift Cards in e-format. When you check out, you'll get an email with a totally awesome PDF file that you can email to your friend, or even print out and give him or her in a fancy, hand addressed envelope. 

 

  • Can I email a Gift Card directly from your site to my friend?
  • We should definitely have that capability soon. For the time being we can send it to you, and you can send it to them! (see above for our fun suggestions of what to do with a PDF file!)

 

  • I just got my gift certificate. It's awesome! But it's my friend's birthday- do you have a special gift card for that?
  • We can send you any of the images you see on the gift card page, either embedded in the PDF, or separately. Just use our Contact Form to let us know your order number, and which one you'd like!

 

  • I'm an interior designer, and you guys have exactly what I've been searching for! Do you offer trade discounts?
  • In most cases, no; we already offer the lowest prices possible on our merchandise. However, it never hurts to Contact Us with a specific scenario. We work with many designers all over the greater Los Angeles area!

 

  • What if I can’t afford to buy the matching loveseat to the sofa I just bought?  Will I be able to purchase it at a later date?
  • That shouldn’t be a problem at all.  Most of our styles are very popular and should be available for years to come, but we can’t guarantee that the manufacturer won’t discontinue an item.  In the event that the desired item does not appear on Apt2B.com, please contact us, and we’ll try to accommodate your needs.

 

  • Will you ever have back orders?
  • Although most of our products are shipped quickly, sometimes an item you order will temporarily be out of stock. If it is, we will notify you via e-mail and will let you know when the item is expected to be back in stock. We will also provide the option of canceling that item or allowing us to ship it when it is back in stock. It's up to you!

 

  • Do you ship out of state?
  • Absolutely, we ship all across the contintental USA to happy customers every day! Please reference our HELP page for more info!

 

  • Can I pick up my order?
  • Yes! If you'd like to pick up your order from our warehouse, please contact customer service prior to placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate you! In many cases, using our delivery teams can be quicker and more cost effective than picking up at our warehouse! Once your order is ready to leave our warehouse, it usually arrives at your home within 1-2 business days. If you are in a situation where picking up is a necessity (i.e. your address is outside of our delivery zone) please feel free to Contact Us and we'll do our very best to accommodate you

 

  • Do you have a paper catalog?
  • No.  As an eco-friendly business, Apt2B tries to do everything possible to reduce its carbon footprint.  We go paperless as much as possible.  You should try it!

 

  • Can I request a fabric sample?
  • Yes! If we have one, we'll send you one (it depends on whether our suppliers have supplied US with some). It doesn't hurt to ask! Please check out our swatch request page or contact Customer Service.

 

  • Where do I enter my promo code for my order?
  • Promotion codes are entered at time of check out, in a promotion code field. This is only for offers that include a promotion code. Only one promotion code may be used at a time, and promo codes cannot be combined with other promotional offers.

 

  • I have 2 different promo codes- can I apply them to the same order?
  • Unfortunately, we don't combine promotional offers, which means only one promo code per order per customer. If there are multiple promo codes made available to you, we invite you to choose the one that benefits your specific purchase the most!

 

  • I have a promo code, but it's not working! What should I do?
  • Promo codes are not applicable to already discounted items (i.e. items in the trash chute, deal of the day, etc.).  If you have a promo code that you believe should be working, please contact customer service
 
  • I don't have a promotion code. Can you give me a discount on my order?
  • Unfortunately, we can’t. However, we are continually offering new promotions and special offers. Please be sure you have chosen the option to receive email offers and promotions so you can receive news and updates about discounts you may be interested in. To do this, you may either sign up for our email list at the bottom of any page at Apt2B.com or you may log in to "My Account" and edit your preferences to indicate you want to receive future email offers from us.
