  • Do you have a store or a showroom that I can visit?
  • Even though we are locally situated in the heart of Los Angeles, Apt2B is primarily an online-only retailer with no physical storefront or showroom location; it's a big part of who we are and what we're about! By operating locally and without an expensive retail space, we're able to offer some of the best pricing on high quality products. All of our merchandise is hand selected by our team of buyers and we stand behind the products we offer with a 100% satisfaction guarantee policy at the time of delivery!   • Can I request fabric samples?
  • Yes! Absolutely! As long as fabric swatches are available on a given item, we are happy to offer them FREE OF CHARGE and send them via Priority Mail (1-3 days max anywhere in the USA). Please check out our swatch request pages like these which are navigable by way of any product pages that have samples available (you'll see a link near the "ADD TO CART" button that reads, "REQUEST A FREE FABRIC SWATCH". Alternatively, you may always contact Apt2B Customer Service and we'd be happy to assist you right away!

 

  • I'm an interior designer working with clients- do you offer trade discounts?
  • Yes! We love working with designers, builders and industry professionals all the time. Please visit our TRADE PROGRAM page and enter some quick and easy information. We'll reply back ASAP with some exclusive trade discounts and exclusive access to members of our customer service team who are always ready to assist you and answer any questions you may have!

 

  • I am looking to place a larger bulk order for a commercial location (i.e. office, restaurant, lobby, etc.). Is there someone I should contact for help with that?
  • At Apt2B, we work with commercial orders every day and would be happy to assist you! Our customer care team are all trained in assisting in them and any team member should be able to assist you in planning, pricing, etc. Please contact Apt2B Customer Service for more info!

 

  • Do you offer gift certificates and/or registry?
  • Yes! Check out our Gift Cards! We’re working on getting registries and should have that capability very soon.

 

  • Speaking of Gift Cards, can I please have a physical gift card that I can mail to my friend?
  • At the moment, we're only offering Gift Cards in e-format. When you check out, you'll get an email with a totally awesome PDF file that you can email to your friend, or even print out and give him or her in a fancy, hand addressed envelope. 

 

  • Can I email a Gift Card directly from your site to my friend?
  • We should definitely have that capability soon. For the time being we can send it to you, and you can send it to them! (see above for our fun suggestions of what to do with a PDF file!).

 

  • I just got my gift certificate. It's awesome! But it's my friend's birthday- do you have a special gift card for that?
  • We can send you any of the images you see on the gift card page, either embedded in the PDF, or separately. Just use our Contact Form to let us know your order number, and which one you'd like!

 

  • Where is the Apt2B office/warehouse located? Are there products there to view in person?
  • Apt2B is located at 7300 Fulton Ave North Hollywood, CA 91605. In addition to being the location of our office and warehouse, it is also the location of a small Apt2B Sofa Lounge, where we feature some of our best sellers and Apt2B favorite sofas, sectionals and chairs from our CHOICE OF FABRICS sofa collections (all handmade in the USA!). You may visit to sit/touch/feel what an Apt2B sofa is all about and select your fabric in person as well! The Sofa Lounge is open Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm PST and is by appointment only. ORDERING AND DELIVERY

  • Do you ship across the USA? How about internationally?
  • We ship all across the contintental USA to happy customers every day! Please reference our HELP AND INFORMATION page for more info!

 

  • Do you ship internationally?
  • We do not currently ship internationally at Apt2B on an every day basis, but are always acommodating requests for shipments to our international customers on a case by case basis. These days, international shipping has become even easier so we're always happy to assist in pricing out a shipment. For international shipping inquiries, please contact Apt2B Customer Service

 

  • What if it doesn’t fit?
  • We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee at the time of delivery wherein a customer may send back any item with our delivery team if it doesn't fit and/or simply wasn't what they were hoping for. Please reference our HELP AND INFORMATION page for more info or Contact Us with any questions!

 

  • What if I just don’t like it?
  •  See above answer. 

 

  • Do you offer delivery on the weekends?
  • We do our best to offer as many delivery options, such as weekend delivery, to all of our customers nationwide. Many longer distance deliveries can present some challenges in this way as most nationwide shipping services only operate on a Monday-Friday schedule. That being said, there are always ways to get items delivered to you safely and efficiently and our customer service team will be happy to assist you and address your specific needs! Many customers choose to receive a delivery during the week and ask the delivery service drivers for a 30-60 minute call ahead of time which can afford for much flexibility, even on a workday!

 

  • What if something is broken or damaged upon delivery?
  • All items are triple checked before they leave the warehouse on their way to you, but should there be some damage, we will gladly replace it with a new item or have it repaired immediately. IMPORTANT: Any shipping damage must be clearly noted on the shipping documents at the time of delivery. Failure to do so may affect damage claim eligibility.

 

  • Does delivery include assembly?
  • Apt2B prides itself on offering In-Home delivery nationwide on all larger furniture orders.  Most items arrive pre-assembled (don't require customer assembly) but in the event that something requires assembly at the time of delivery, our delivery teams will assemble it for you in most instances, although this is not guaranteed. For orders consisting of items that can be parcel shipped (i.e. FEDEX/UPS), most items arrive in boxes unassembled, but always come with very easy to read instructions! Also, many items don't require any assembly! If you have any questions about a specific item or order, please contact Apt2B Customer Service and we'll be happy to shed some more light on the situation for you.

 

  • Is my order eligible for Full Service Delivery?
  • Apt2B's ultimate goal is to offer the fastest and most efficient delivery service possible and our fulfillment team will always choose the best possible delivery option for your location and type of order. In most cases, our deliveries are, in fact, white glove deliveries that include a room of choice placement and product unpackaging/assembly! All larger furniture orders are delivered INSIDE your home, however, as Apt2B offers only In-Home delivery on larger pieces. If you have any questions regarding which delivery service may be attached to a given item, please contact Apt2B Customer Service and we'd be happy to assist you!

 

  • I know how long it will take for my order to ship, but how long does shipping/delivery actually take?
  • At Apt2B, we understand that ordering new furniture can present some challenges with regards to delivery. As our goal is to ship the safest and most efficient way possible, most of our orders are shipped via Full Service delivery and can take a bit longer than perhaps a traditional FEDEX/UPS parcel shipment. The average shipping time completely varies depending on your location and size of order so please feel free to contact Apt2B Customer Service if you'd like some more help predicting shipping time! Also, we always provide tracking information as soon as your order ships out so you may contact the delivery service direct for a better idea at any time.

 

  • If I order more than one item, will they all arrive at the same time?
  • YES, whenever possible. The ultimate goal of Apt2B is to make the experience of furnishing your place as convenient as possible.  One site- one quick and easy delivery.

 

  • Will you take away old furniture?
  •  Unfortunately, we are unable to offer that service at this time. Our customer service team usually has some great suggestions for this type of thing, however, so please feel free to contact us!

 

  • I know you guys offer speedy delivery options, but I’m not moving in for another month.  Can I still buy from Apt2B?
  • Of course!  We offer speedy delivery as a convenience to our customers, but if it’s more convenient for you to take delivery in a month, no problem.  In fact, we can defer your delivery for up to 90 days.

 

  • The complete room packages you offer are fantastic, but what if I don’t need everything?
  •  Our motto at Apt2B is “Need something? No problem. Need everything? No problem.”  Whether you choose from our packages or decide to shop a la carte, Apt2B can fulfill your needs. You may only need one thing to make your space complete, and we are able to offer that to you, still at an amazing value.

 

  • What if I can’t afford to buy the matching loveseat to the sofa I just bought?  Will I be able to purchase it at a later date?
  • That shouldn’t be a problem at all.  Most of our styles are very popular and should be available for years to come, but we can’t guarantee that the manufacturer won’t discontinue an item.  In the event that the desired item does not appear on Apt2B.com, please Contact Us, and we’ll try to accommodate your needs.

 

  • Will you ever have back orders?
  • Although most of our products are shipped quickly, sometimes an item you order will temporarily be out of stock. If it is, we will notify you via e-mail and will let you know when the item is expected to be back in stock. We will also provide the option of canceling that item or allowing us to ship it when it is back in stock. It's up to you! If you ever have any questions about an item's availability, please don't hesitate to ask us prior to placing your order!! We're always available to help ;)

 

  • Can I pick up my order?
  • Yes! If you'd like to pick up your order from our warehouse in North Hollywood, CA, please contact customer service prior to placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate you! In many cases, using our delivery teams can be quicker and more cost effective than picking up at our warehouse! Once your order is ready to leave our warehouse, it usually arrives at your home within 1-2 business days. If you are in a situation where picking up is a necessity (i.e. your address is outside of our delivery zone) please feel free to Contact Us and we'll do our very best to accommodate you!

 

PAYMENT + PROMOTIONS

  • Do you offer any deferred payment options?
  • At Apt2B, we like to keep things simple and don't offer any financing or extended payment options at this time. We do, however, accept all major credit cards and are always happy to work with customers who have specific payment needs (i.e. splitting between 2-3 cards). Please contact Apt2B Customer Service for more info!

 

  • Do you accept internationally based credit cards?
  • Yes! Our online ordering system is not set up to accept cards that are based outside of the US, however, so please contact Apt2B Customer Service to process an order with a credit card based internationally and we'd be happy to assist you. (NOTE: Apt2B only ships within the continental USA at this time unless special arrangements are made).

 

  • Where do I enter my promo code for my order?
  • Promotion codes are entered at time of check out, in a promotion code field. This is only for offers that include a promotion code. Only one promotion code may be used at a time, and promo codes cannot be combined with other promotional offers.

 

  • I have 2 different promo codes- can I apply them to the same order?
  • Unfortunately, we don't combine promotional offers, which means only one promo code per order per customer. If there are multiple promo codes made available to you, we invite you to choose the one that benefits your specific purchase the most!

 

  • I have a promo code, but it's not working! What should I do?
  • Promo codes are not applicable to already discounted items (i.e. items in the trash chute, deal of the week, etc.).  If you have a promo code that you believe should be working, please contact Apt2B Customer Service
 
  • I don't have a promotion code. Can you give me a discount on my order?
  • Unfortunately, we can’t, as Apt2B already prides itself on offering some of the best possible pricing on our high quality products. However, we are continually offering new promotions and special offers. Please be sure you have chosen the option to receive email offers and promotions so you can receive news and updates about discounts you may be interested in. To do this, you may either sign up for our email list at the bottom of any page at Apt2B.com or you may log in to "My Account" and edit your preferences to indicate you want to receive future email offers from us.
